Responsibilities

  • • Craft strategies for Marketing team, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, Creative
  • • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  • • Set, monitor and report on team goal
  • • Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
  • • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • • Analyze consumer behavior 
  • • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • • Design and implement market and consumer surveys
  • • Forecast future market, consumer, and sales trends.
  • • Monitor the efficacy of marketing trends through analytical tools and software

Must Have

  • • 2+ year experience work experience as Head of Marketing
  • • Experience running successful marketing campaign
  • • Familiarity with survey tools, CRM programs, and databases.
  • • Proficiency with computer programs, such as MS Excel, Power Point
  • • Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skill
  • • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
  • • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • • Analytical thinking

Nice to have

  • • BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant fiel
  • • Knowledge of analytical software, such as SPSS, Google Analytics 
  • • Written and oral communication etiquette
  • • Stress resistance
  • • Integrity
