Pay in just a few steps:
- Select PayPal as your payment method at the checkout.
- You'll then be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.
- If you're already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user details and confirm the payment. If you're new to PayPal, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
- You'll then return to hm.com and your order and payment will be complete!
Our delivery options
We will use a combination of shipping carriers to ensure the safest, quickest delivery of your items with online package tracking. In- stock items usually arrive within 1-7 business days, depending on your location. Your shopping cart will display an estimated delivery date for ease of reference. Here's a breakdown of what each shipping term means:
If you have a FedEx you may enter your account number on our Shipping Method page during checkout and you will not be charged any shipping fees. Accounts will be verified with the carrier.
If you have a EMS you may enter your account number on our Shipping Method page during checkout and you will not be charged any shipping fees. Accounts will be verified with the carrier.
International
Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes) and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels. Some items cannot be exported due to manufacturer or government restrictions. You will receive an on-screen notice if you attempt to put an item in your shopping cart or check out an order containing items which we cannot send to you.

How to register?
You can register by clicking on the "Sign In" section located at the top right corner on the home page. You will need register as a specialist or as a clinic. Please provide the required information in the form.
How can I see the prices, and make an order ?
You need to create an account to see the prices and make an order.
Are your products authentic?
We guarantee that our products are 100% authentic. We collaborate directly with brand owners/manufacturers.
I'm not a specialist - can I buy a product?
It is required to have a medical qualification to register and buy our product.
Can I add products to my existing order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to add products to an existing order. You have to place a new separate order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, we don’t have a minimum order quantity, but we offer free delivery only for orders including a purchase of 10000 AMD ($20) or more.
Do you offer an additional discount when buying a big volume?
Yes we do. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) can be created from your account page, you need to click to “Request New Quotation”. Please see the attached screenshot how to do it.
Which countries does Aesthetic ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide, but in some cases due to our distribution agreement with manufacturers we are not allowed to ship or sale outside Armenia.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated according to the weight and volume of the order and also according to the shipping destination.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you want to make some changes based on your order, please visit our Get Help page and click the “Contact Us” section, fill the required information, then provide a short description of your issue and click to “Send Message”.
Which are the accepted payment methods?
For the moment, we accept Cash, Bank transfers, and Bitcoin.
How can I track my order?
To check your order status, please visit my orders and in front of each order you can see the order status.
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
How soon you get your order depends on what international courier you have chosen.
How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?
You get a confirmation email, once your order has been placed, you will receive an order tracking number.

Yes, making an order over the phone is possible.
