As the face of our clinic, you must be professional, friendly, and have excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and walk clients to the doctor's room or waiting room
- Provide primary consultation to the clients regarding services at the clinic
- Compile medical records and charts and import the necessary information into
- Answer users' questions on social platforms, as well as answer phone calls and provide full information to all interested persons
- Make and formulate sales and payments /card and cash
- Maintain/order supplies and appearance for the office
- Schedule/manage patient appointments
Must Have
- Higher Education
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
- Computer literacy. Knowledge of computer programs /MS Office - Word, Excel/, ability to work with office equipment
- Customer orientation
- Excellent knowledge of written and oral communication etiquette
- Integrity
- Stress resistance
Nice to have
- Work experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage
